Grace Period/Late Appointments

Every client receives a 15 minute grace period from their scheduled appointment time. (Please communicate that you are running late for your appointment!). If you are 16-20 minutes late, the time you have remaining for your appointment will be the only time allotted for you. If you are 20 minutes or more late for your scheduled appointment you will have to be rescheduled. This is to respect the artist and/or the next client’s time.

No Show/Cancellations Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to hold the appointment time. It is your responsibility as the appointment booker to reschedule or cancel your appointment in a timely manner. You will have 24 hours from your appointment time to make the appropriate arrangements. Please communicate - we try to be understanding.

Guests

Please, no extra guests or small children are allowed in lash/brow/facial/hair removal sessions. This is to avoid interruptions during service.

parking

Please find free parking in the front lot when you arrive (do not park in any reserved spots).
